Simeon Asher

Simeon is a talented, compassionate and highly educated osteopath with gentle but powerful hands. He is also an international teacher, author of The Concise Book and Pocket Atlas of Trigger Points, and founding Chairman of the Israeli Register of Osteopaths. Simeon qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1992. He serves as teacher of medical trigger point acupuncture at the Israeli Society of Musculoskeletal Medicine (ISMM) and as external examiner for the Israeli register of osteopaths (IRO).  

In 1997, Simeon devised a groundbreaking non-surgical approach practiced by thousands worldwide – the Niel-Asher Technique (NAT), and has since gained extensive experience in treating complex shoulder pain, especially frozen shoulder syndrome. Simeon is passionate about complex cases and has developed unique protocols for conditions such as Spondylolisthesis. 

Dr. Alison Katz. Ph.D.

Functional training Gym Director

Alison Katz is a certified fitness trainer from Campus Siim, Tel Aviv University, with additional specialization in functional training. A former Crossfit coach with over two decades of fitness expertise, she adds strength & conditioning to her personalized fitness programs. She collaborates closely with the therapists at the center to help clients safely build mobility, strength, and confidence for long term functional performance and injury prevention. Her unique background also includes a Ph.D. from the University of Leeds, UK, that brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to fitness training.

 

Jeremy Nakam.DO

Osteopath

Jeremy Nakam hails from France and made Aliyah in 2018. He is an avid tennis player and Krav Maga veteran at the brown belt level. Jeremy graduated from the Wingate Institute of Osteopathy specializing in sports injuries and cranio-sacral pain relief. He treats all populations from infants right through to the elderly for headaches, back, abdominal, and post-surgery pain.

 

Racheli Zohar

Pilates instructor

Racheli Zohar is a senior Pilates instructor with 20 years of experience. She is a rehabilitative Pilates instructor - guiding clients after injury and treatment, and helping people return to life with a strong, flexible, and aware body. She wholeheartedly believes in the idea that movement is the essence of life - life is movement. Racheli is the professional coordinator of the Pilates department at the Levinsky-Wingate Academic Center and trains Pilates instructors. She is the owner of "Pilates Nahmani" studio in Tel Aviv. She leads Pilates groups at high-tech companies and teaches online classes in Israel and abroad. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Earth Sciences from the Hebrew University and in Dance, and a Master's degree in Dance and Movement from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.


​Amit Bialo

Personal fitness trainer

Amit Bialo is a certified fitness trainer from the Wingate Institute School of Coaches, a sports therapy student at Ono Academic College, and is involved in sports as a way of life. Amit works in close collaboration with therapists and builds a personalized training program for each individual according to their needs and abilities, in order to help trainees develop movement, strength, and confidence in a safe manner, and achieve long-term functional performance and injury prevention in a safe and supportive environment.
