Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a system of assessment and treatment for a wide range of health conditions. It is based on the principle that the body has an innate ability to heal itself. Good health depends on all the body's systems working together in harmony, while illness, injury, or dysfunction can create obstacles that interfere with this natural balance.

When we break a bone, it heals over time. When we develop an infection, our body raises its temperature to help fight it. These are natural healing mechanisms built into the body. Osteopathic treatment recognizes and supports the body's ability to heal itself and maintain homeostasis. By restoring normal movement and function, osteopathy helps the body recover naturally. Most importantly, it works.

Our senior osteopath, Simeon, has more than 30 years of clinical experience and is dedicated to helping people reduce pain, restore movement, and improve their quality of life. In 1997, he developed the Niel-Asher Technique (NAT), an innovative non-surgical treatment for frozen shoulder syndrome.
